We do this through our athlete-inspired, progressive training in a genuinely team-based environment that is championed by our experienced (and next-level passionate) team of trainers! Our team at Stafford have diverse skills and extensive experience in the fitness industry and are here to make a genuine difference in our Fitstoppers’ lives. Located right in the heart of the thriving Stafford community, Stafford City Shopping Centre. With great coffee shops and cafes for post-session fuel, you’ll also get access to parking, showers, kids corner, and most importantly, a community that will always have your back.

Regan Glynn

MANAGER

Regan, the owner and manager of Fitstop Stafford, lives and breathes fitness. With degrees in Business and Information Technology and experience as a rugby league player, he brings a unique mix of expertise to the gym. He’s all about helping members push their limits and achieve their goals. Regan’s passion is seeing the Fitstop community grow stronger, both physically and mentally.

Sharna Horne

TRAINER

Sharna started as a dedicated Fitstop member for 4 years before stepping into a coaching role to pursue her passion for fitness. A proud Collingwood fan and mum, she loves all things sports and enjoys running. Whether it’s training or leading a Sunday run and coffee, Sharna’s here to motivate and grow alongside the Stafford community.
