Tom Henderson

MANAGER

Tommy has been in the Fitness Industry for 10+ years and has trained a vast spectrum of clients that vary from high risk people with Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease and Respiratory conditions to people with Low Back issues, Pre/Post Natal women and high level athletes. He has recently returned from Dubai where he managed and worked with a specialised team of Strength and Conditioning coaches. His key focus as a fitness professional is longevity. He is constantly striving to help people move better, feel better and have a great time while doing it 😁🤙🏼 Industry qualifications: Bsc Degree Clinical Exercise Phys

Georgia Johnson

TRAINER

Georgia has been part of the Fitstop Albany Creek Community since the doors first opened. Initially as a member for over a year and then decided she loved it so much she jumped on board with the team. Georgia is currently in her 3rd year studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and is very passionate about using exercise as a tool to improve overall quality of life for people of all ages. She’s always been heavily involved in sport, particularly touch footy and netball, and loves the atmosphere group training can bring. Her passion is engaging with members, learning their goals and working together with them to achieve them all!

Lauren Stanton

TRAINER

Lauren has been immersed in the Fitstop methodology for over 2 years and a part of the Fitstop community at Albany Creek pretty much since it opened. She has completed her Certificate 3 in Fitness and is consistently upskilling her coaching knowledge. She also plays high level Netball for Pine Rivers Netball Association as a Centre/Wing Attack. Fun Facts: Favourite session is Saturday Sweat Favourite movements are RDLs and….Burpees

Cody Hassum

TRAINER

From a young age Cody has been surrounded by sport and fitness. Whether it was athletics or football, there hasn’t been a moment that Cody hasn’t been active. Throughout his teenage years, Cody achieved rep level for both football and athletics, competing in many regional competitions. Cody's focus and passion is now centred more around functional training and has been part of the Fitstop community for nearly a year now, originally training out at Fitstop Albany Creek. Cody has always loved helping and motivating others to push themselves to reach their full potential. Starting with coaching football throughout many of his school years, his passion for coaching and functional fitness has lead him here to Fitstop! Cody’s passion for functional fitness has been further fostered through his post-schooling studies, currently undertaking a Bachelors degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology with UQ. Coming into his third year of study, Cody has developed a multitude of knowledge in both group and one-on-one scenarios. Cody says he has learnt a wealth of knowledge from this experience and is now excited to empower the amazing Chermy community to pursue their movement and fitness goals.”

Lachie Triplow

TRAINER

Lachie is passionate about group training and sport. He holds a bachelor of exercise and sport science. He loves all things sport science, inducing high performance, nutrition, psychology and rehabilitation. Lachlan loves focusing on the every day athlete in the gym and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
