Welcome to Fitstop Newstead! It’s our mission to unleash your limitless potential to become the best version of you, whatever that looks like. We do this through our athlete-inspired, progressive training in a genuinely team-based environment that is championed by our experienced (and next-level passionate) team of trainers! Our team at Fitstop Newstead have diverse skills, multiple qualifications, extensive experience in the fitness industry and are here to make a genuine difference in our Fitstoppers’ lives. MANAGER
Qualifications - Bachelor of Sport and Exercise science - ASCA level 2 Strength & conditioning - Boxing, TRX, KB and Nutrition Certified Favourite thing about leading the Fitstop community: I love our vibe here at Newstead, it's a great combination of everyone is here to work hard and get results but we are also here to have fun and enjoy ourselves. Favourite Fitstop Session: I actually love our 'CONDITION' sessions, it gets the heart rate going and really pushes you to progress your cardio fitness
TRAINER
Qualifications Certificate 3 & 4 fitness ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach Favourite thing about coaching: connecting with new people and helping them succeed and perform at their best physically and mentally. Favourite Fitstop Session: Perform, love the challenge and pushing my fitness and strength together. Specialties: rehab, mobility, posture, strength, mindset
TRAINER
I love hiking, going to cafes and speaking with a British accent. I’m constantly working on pursuing the things that matter to me and fostering meaningful relationships. I’m lucky enough to have grown up active and with a family who always encouraged me to take care of my health. So fitness has really always been a huge part of my life. I have a background in CrossFit and bodybuilding. And after competing in bodybuilding last year I’m steering back to a more “hybrid” style of training with a combination of running and lifting. My passion lies in helping individuals improve their movement patterns and overall wellbeing. I love guiding people toward their physique goals, teaching how to embrace balance, improve overall fitness and confidence in their training!
