We do this through our athlete-inspired, progressive training in a genuinely team-based environment that is championed by our experienced (and next-level passionate) team of trainers! Our team at Fitstop Northcote have diverse skills and extensive experience in the fitness industry and are here to make a genuine difference in our Fitstoppers’ lives. Qualifications: Cert III & IV Fitness My favourite thing about coaching at Fitstop Northcote is seeing our community progressing during their sessions & having proud mum moments! My fav Fitstop Session is definitely LIFT! I'm not currently taking on any PT clients but happy to chat about which sessions you should be concentrating on for your health & fitness goals.

With more than 10 year's experience working in the fitness industry I love everything about helping our clients achieve their health & fitness goals!! The Fitstop Northcote community is like no other!! Our members come from all walks of life - experienced/non experienced, young, older & somewhere between - as your qualified trainers we can adapt our sessions to best suit your needs! I love all sessions at Fitstop but LIFT would have to be my favourite!! The fact that I can slow things down & really concentrate on my form & technique has made such a big impact on my strength & big lifts. My Qualifications in the fitness arena include Cert III & IV Fitness.

Why do you work in the fitness industry? I love how fitness and exercise can improve everybody's life no matter a person's history or background. Favourite thing about the work you do? Helping people achieve their goals and becoming the best versions of themselves. Favourite style of training? Big fan of hybrid style of training - a combination of strength & high heart rate What do you love about Fitstop? The kind members and community feeling, and the awesome mix of training involved Weirdest or most surprising thing about you? I'm pretty boring but my usual answer to this question is that I have a twin brother or that l've never seen the Harry Potter movies.
